Witty responses

When I read news articles, I also like to read the user comments. Some of these comments are pretty funny, if not downright hilarious.

Here is one that cracked me up from our local newspaper.

I posted a snippet of the article, and then the comment from a girl at our local college. She had a great wit to it.

Residents of a northern Monroe neighborhood claim their pets have been attacked by coyotes, and officials admit there is little they can do.Walter Cotton, a wildlife management official with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, said the task of trapping coyotes is difficult.
“We have the means,” Cotton said. “But the traps are dangerous. We could put the traps out, but pets could easily get into them.”
Complicating matters further, Cotton said, is that coyotes are notorious for avoiding the traps.

Comment:
Jane Ann Braddock · University of Louisiana at MonroeLet's release a bunch of road runners; then the coyotes will kill themselves with falling safes, anvils, pianos, etc.!!
