Just picked up a 26RR, 1/2 ton F150 (5.0) pulls it just fine and the passing power is still there if you need. Making first trip next weekend with the Harley loaded for the first time. Bike did drag bottom on the ramp going in, read this could be an issue. I have a little work to do on loading

I had a 2014 Ram 1500 Larime and bought a hyperlite 29HFS 7100# and 1100# TW empty. We live in Phoenix and like to go to higher elevation to escape the heat. Did one trip with the TH and traded for a Ram 2500 Cummins. The tongue weight squashed the 1500. It was on the bumpstops without a WDH and could only get it about an inch of the bumpstops with a WDH.

Maybe if we used the garage for something that weighed 12-1500# maybe it would have been better but with full propane 2 batteries water and load of wood I could feel it with the 2500.
