My vehicle: 14 ram laramie crew 3/4 cummins 6ft bed
Payload 2190 tow capacity 17100
Trailer 15 315wp 2210 tongue and dry weight 12000 k
I will pull it 150 miles round trip a few times. Other than that it will set on pad at lake. Will I need air bags? I am aware I'll be over gross weight by few hundred lbs.

Assuming it's a toy hauler, it'll depend on what's in the garage? I think bags will make it a more enjoyable haul either way, but imho, you will be fine either way. I added them on my old f250 and it made a world of difference. My pin weight was around 2700lbs loaded for 10 days of camping.

As said depends on what you have in the back to offset the pin weight. I did on my 08 2500 RAM. I have a 100 gallon fuel tank and fifth wheel hitch. So over a 1,000 lbs all the time.

My springs might have gotten weak but the air bags are the best thing I have ever done to the truck besides taking off emissions crap that kept it at the dealer.

Try it with out and see. It would take over a 100 miles for my to squat or bottom out. At initial load it would only sink 2 to 3 inches. Or hook up and leave it overnight at see if you are level or setting to low.

Rzr will be in rear cargo. Tanks empty I dnt dry camp.

Personally, I would add the air bags just beggars because they are great. But with the rzr in the garage, I think your pin weight will stay close to empty weight. You'll still be over weight, but should be fine. I pulled MTT 13k lb 5er 800 miles home without bags, but added them right after. Hitting bump stops at each bridge or bump in the road was enough to persuade me. They were amazing to have. empty, I'd drop them to 10 lbs and then air up as high as 60psi depending on load. Kept my truck level and lights shining where they are supposed to.

We've towed a 40.5 foot 2006 KZ 37KGx2 5er toy hauler with our 2005 Dodge 3500 4x4 Quad Cab CTD since both were new. Advertised pin weight is ~200 lbs. overweight for the truck. Total CGVW 16,900 lbs. is at the max for the truck. Never had an issue with the truck. We have had our share blown trailer tires. But the truck will pull like a freight train.
