Adjusting rear cargo door

Just wondering if anyone has had to adjust their rear cargo door? Mine had been hanging up since I bought it. It appears to be getting worse. Yesterday I was not able to close it at all until I loosened the bolts on the tops of the hinges and lowered one side down as far as it would go. I was able to close it but it still rubs. I'm going to loosen the bolts on the bottom of the hinges and see if I can gain a little more clearance. The problem is a large tamper proof torx head screw. Not sure if I have a tamper proof bit large enough. Anyone else run into this?

I have this problem too. Any other solutions? I once tried to loosen the top metal frame piece on the ramp and repositioned to gain some clearance. It helped a little bit. I think all the flexing of the ramp and box causes these clearance issues. Mine binds at the top corner area only one side.
