We are camping this weekend and I found another problem, outside shower hookup doesn't fit into quick disconnect. Doesn't sound like much, but when you have a stack of work orders, little things get large, not to mention fuel I'm wasting hauling this thing back and forth.
That stinks. We had a very similar experience a few years ago with a Cyclone. Seemed every trip, something would go wrong and dealing with Heartland was a nightmare.

But our Vengeance has been great so far. Six trips totaling 1564 miles. The only real problem I can think of is I can't for the life of me get the cable TV connection to work. But I'm still trying.

Best of luck to you. Hope things get better.

Does anyone get decent television channels using the antenna? I have the boost on and camping close to big cities. I should get plenty of clear channels. I get about 3. I have the cheap, round, fixed antenna. I walked to my calling neighbor who has the pop up antenna. He gets about 30 channels.

Those antennas you crank up are far better in my opinion. I hate that mushroom we have on top.

That being said, I get a "decent" amount. ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, plus all those other digital channels that I prefer: MeTV, H&I, AntennaTV, etc.

Oddly though, I have only tried to hook up cable twice and unless I'm doing something wrong, ours does not work. In our past Forest River experience, cable TV connections on their campers has always been downright sorry.

I have a 2015 398v and love it so far. No real problems with it at all. I did I tall the JT strong arms on it and made a huge difference in cutting the movement down compared to the tripod. I don't even use the tripod any more.

Good to know Mastertech, I have had them in a shooping cart online for about a week, hesitant to pull the trigger. With your comment, I think I will proceed.

Antenna and Cable

I have a 2016 Vengeance 320A and have been fairly satisfied with it. I had to have all the floor trim around the kitchen base cabinets replaced due to it splitting and the vinyl coming off. There was a water leak from a gasket on the top of the kitchen slide from the factory and the water settled around the base cabinet. Once that was fixed anything else was minor stuff. This is our second Vengeance and we, like most of you, have found the antenna to be weak. I found that the cable at most campgrounds will not work if the power booster is turned on inside the camper. Also, I connect the cable to the top cable connection outside. Once connected I have to do a channel search on all my TV's. We usually get a good number of channels depending on the provider.
