You or a colleague might want to address this which appeared on Facebook. FR doesn't look good at all here. Maybe more to the story? But the owner needs help!

Just curious but where is the rest of the story that explains why they weren't going to pay for repairs?

BCLEMENS works for Dynamax, a division of Forest River.

The person that posted this, owns a PrimeTime product, a different division.

Don't think he gets involved with issues with other divisions.

Since FR did not contact the owner after saying they would take care of it, the owner does not know. But like I said, there might be more to this story.
