Electric bunk beds help needed

Hello,
just signed up to the forum so im hopeful this is the correct way to post ?

Here is the issue we are having in our SanPiper 35 Toy hauler.
We broke a link on one of the chains inside the bunk bed mech.
i habe the assemblu apart but cant get into the mechanisim easily to put in a masterlink.
Any suggestions or know where i can get a manual onthese beds ?

On my phone but if u google happijac beds they have the full manuals on their site. I recently downloaded them for a different issue.
