Electric bunks

So I have a set of queen bunks one side will go up and other will not so I have to lift & push the one side up or hold the one side so it does not crash down what would be the problem? And if I need parts where do I find them

Sounds like some sort of linkage is loose from it. It may help if you gave the model of the unit in question.

I am sure they are made by Happijac look at their web page and can buy parts and look at the trouble shooting guide that should get you in the correct direction to fix it.
