Front panel bubble - Sierra

Hello I have noticed the front panel on my sierra sport has two large bubbles, looks like the panel has separated underneath. Everything looks to be sealed. Anyone have this problem?
Thanks

I just bought a 01 sierra. It has what appears to be a delamination in the front. I have not yet tried to fix. Sounds like yours.

I think it has had water penetration at one time.

I would think moisture trapped would cause a bubble. Same as roofing system vents to allow moisture to escape. I have not found any sign of moisture issues in my front compartment. I will keep an eye on it. Pete.
