Has anyone converted a toyhauler to a travel trailer?

Hi everyone,,
I have looked until I am blue in the face. I can't find a travel trailer I like. I was wondering if anyone just took a toyhauler and put in whatever couch they love and lazy boys etc... and just anchored it in the back part of toyhauler making it in to a travel trailer?
I would love the aspect of being able to change the floor plan up when you get tired of it.

Here's a fifth wheel toyhauler that you won't get bored with...comes with rear and side flip down patio areas and you still have the garage and main living area to hang out.

Doesn't get much better than this for ample space!

I looked at a toy hauler very much like this, we almost bought it until I thought about it. It is very nice having the patio, and the garage (living quarters) that you can pretty much use how you want. Here's the problem, We like to sit outside have a nice fire (in a fire pit), visit with friends, have a little adult beverage and now it's time for bed. BUT wait there is no door closing in the garage from the patio only a screen, I wish they would put a pull down door, like a real garage door.

Sierra makes a rear deck model fifth wheel with patio sliding doors across back leading to deck - not a toy hauler
