Hi Guys,

I had this posted in the welcome area, but it was suggested that I post it here as well....

My wife and I are looking to get back into camping and traveling. We had a Montana a few years ago and are looking at the XLR series of Toy Haulers. So...we are here doing some research on the brand. We had really, really good luck with our Montana and are hoping to get lucky again. It seems ( From what I have found so far ) the XLR's are doing pretty good.. If anyone wants to send me PM's or post here with info both GOOD and BAD, that would be great!

Any PM's on after sale service from Forest River would be good too.

Thanks for having the site available!

Hey Dale. XLR is a really good toy hauler line. You don't hear too many complaints from owners it seems. We almost went with the XLR but the Vengeance we bought had a few things more to our likings.

As for service after the sale, I think a HUGE part of that is your selling dealership. Some just don't seem to care at all once you've bought the camper and then some really want to take care of you. Ask around and check out reviews from folks for the dealership you're considering buying from.
