Is my toy too long for my toy hauler?

Our current trike just fits in our 10 foot garage. The Condor wheel chock helps tremendously with our feeling good about going down the road with it back there. But, we are now thinking about trading trikes to one with a longer wheel base, and of course it's a few inches too long. The door between the garage and bathroom is dead center so our thoughts are we could tie the door open when traveling, and have the nose of the trike intrude a little bit into the bathroom. Has anybody ever done this, and did it work? The wheel chock is easily removed with only a couple of steel plates left behind, easily covered with a small rug. What are your thoughts?

I’ve seen lots of toys sticking up through the garage doors into the living space. I don’t think the bathroom would be any different.

As long as you have good tie down spots still and it's secured well, I don't see that it would be a problem.
