Is this mold in my 2016 Stealth WA2916?

I hadn't taken my TH out in a few months. It sat in storage and everything worked great, except I did notice a little dark area up in the corner of the wall/ceiling. I touched a piece of it and it broke off kind of like bark. It was definitely dry and hard. Some of it is right at the caulking (latex or silicone, not sure). I suspect it's mold. Did it get there from behind (probably)? Was there some moisture inside like the open refrigerator that aired out, but the windows were all closed, and somehow there was no condensation on the windows, and somehow it decided to go right in the top corner? Seems like a stretch.

I got on my roof and i have no idea where this would come from. The roof looks beautiful and the sealing seems fine.

I am like 2 weeks beyond my factory warranty, but I do have an aftermarket all inclusive warranty that has a $100 deductible. I am worried though about taking it in and the dealer being unable to trace this back to an absolute solution.

what do you guys think?

Yes, you have a leak it looks like. Even if out of factory, I'd expect FR to help you out. It's obviously not a new thing.

AMG I'm not totally convinced it's a leak. I've seen this before where a friend of mine had some residual moisture get into his RV and something like this occurred. He simply cleaned it up, aired it out, kept a vent open and it never came back. I'm going to make sure to check my Stealth as well.

I`m willing to bet your extended warranty won`t cover it. My trailer had a broken seal on exterior fridge vent and water bowed the wall out. Warranty said we don`t cover it. Got the upgraded warranty which is about as good as the toilet paper you wipe your ass with.

FR has warranty replaced the seal on that side of the trailer in like April. I called and explained my position and they noted it in my file. Said take it in, have them start the process and we should be okay covered. I have stuff going on so can't do it till late August. Oh well. I'll update when i know more.

I would get a moisture meter and start checking things. Especially after a hard rain or two. Check in the immediate area as well as at the floor level.
