New? Garage under floor?

Hey all, been in the market for something that could haul my Polaris RZR but have never been a fan of (NOT trying to start a war here so plz stay on track) any of the toy haulers I've seen due to the toy hauling area just being too plain for the wife. She really wants the at-home feel but the toy hauling area usually only offers a drop down or fold down bed and takes away from the living area. With that said, today I found a couple of new campers that have a "garage under floor". Basically the master bedroom is in the rear and the bed slides UP and allows one to rear load a golf cart, atv, etc. Once you off load, you can drop the bed back down and still have the master bedroom. Kind of a neat design. My question is, has anyone had any reviews about these? My RZR is 62" wide and wondering if anyone has one or knows of one that can fit a full size Rzr.
Thanks in advance

My other question would be is the garage area tall enough. In our toyhauler I had to lower the roof on the golf car it get it in. The garage height with the beds was never posted anywhere.

The ones we looked at this year appeared to have plenty of height for a golf cart with roof. One was a grand design, can't remember the other. We have always loved the front living 5th wheels. Now that you can get it in a toyhauler is awesome.

The other would be Montana High Country 380 or 381TH... I looked at one when I bought a different model this year. More weight than I wanted to pull and would have had to buy my wife a golf cart.

Yea thats the two makes i found as well. I did find my Rzr is 72" high at its peak so afraid it won't fit. May have to wait till others pickup on the design and I'd say eventually one will be made specifically for larger side by sides

Montana High Country garage is 84" tall with bed up, 60" wide.

No way would I want one of those. We often stop overnight on long trips with the bikes in the garage. You do realize that you cannot access the bedroom with stuff in the garage? No way would I want to move the bikes outside and lock them up when I stop driving at midnight, just to re-load them in the morning and continue our trip. To each their own though.

Pretty neat, but have your wife browse some fulltime RVing groups or maybe even RV Interior Ideas on Facebook.

You can paint and decorate the garage to feel like a real room and not a garage. You just have to be more careful loading and unloading the toys.

Cedar Creek has just started making one like you are looking at in the Silverback line, of course it is not on their web site yet. I saw it at the Hershey show and was told by the rep the bed lifts to offer 6' clearance in the garage, not sure on the width. Someone has posted pictures of it from the factory just not sure who or on what thread.

The 63 inch height on the Grand Design Momentum 376TH is with the bed down. I can't imagine any bikes being that tall.

A golf cart won't fit in there with the bed down, at least not one with a roof. I know because I've measured almost every cart at the golf course I play at to see.

376th good price is 90 grand so I don't know why I worry about it since I haven't won the lottery yet.
I guess the Montana of the same floor plan can be had in the middle 60 grand range.

The Montana High Country will fit bikes and golf carts but not a few of the biggest ATVs.
