Patio rail cleaning

Has anyone found a good product or method to clean the black mesh on the party deck patio railings?

I have used car soap and water but it doesn't seem to get them completely clean.

Thanks

I looked at suggestions for cleaning windows screens, I might try that.

Recommendation was to use 3 parts warm water and 1 part household ammonia. Wash, rinse and repeat if necessary.
