Question for Vengeance 377v owners

I noticed in our 377 when the furnace/heater is on, no heat comes out of the vent in the garage area. I'm wondering if my duct is disconnected somehow. Anybody else with similar issue? Thanks.

No heat comes out of mine either. I only had the heat on 1 time when we first bought it. I wrote FR to see if heat was to come out but never got an answer.

I have the 320A SS and heat comes out of the vent in the floor of my garage.
