Is it possible to replace sofa with dinette?
If yes, where is a best place to order it?
It would be nice to have dining table inside for rainy days.

I wouldn't worry about replacing it with RV furniture. We took out a pair of theater seats and put in a dining table (with flip up leafs) for my family of 4.
For seating, my father-in-law and I built an L-shaped bench and we bought a couple of IKEA chairs for the other 2 sides.
