S.E.Mich. to Maine.

DW has 4 weeks off starting the 3rd week of June and wants to see coastal Maine. We don't like traveling in large metro areas and will have motorcycle in the toy hauler. Never been north of PA. Would like to know what forum members could recommend for routes and sites in NY,VT,NH and Maine.

The Adirondack Mountains (NY) are great. We love staying at Eighth Lake State Park, especially if you get a site right on the water.

I'm thinking about taking route 6 through pa and jump up around Wellsville NY taking 417 to 414 up to Seneca falls then towards the Adirondack mtns. My map shows most of this route as scenic.
