Screen wall vs hid-n-screen

I'm looking at the options on the XLR nitro. I see a choice between the screen wall/tent wall and the hid-n-screen. Does anybody have any pictures or even a good description so I can see the difference between the two. Thanks

IMO...The pull down screen is MUCH easier to operate and a cleaner look.

I didn't see the three season door option or was that an aftermarket add on?

If you have the room and are wanting doors rather than a screen then yes check out the 3 season. Google search for Lippert three season door for info.

Lippert will only supply the three season door with new units delivered to a dealer. Have your dealer check with XLR because I'm pretty sure it's an available option on all FR 5th wheel toy haulers.

Update already: Looked at a few on RVTrader and the three season door is definitely available, at least on the two I looked at (29UDQL5, 42DS5). Didn't look any further once I saw those two.

I like the pull down screen. I have a 2017 Stealth and this option did not come with my camper. Does anyone know where to buy one besides the dealer. Do they sell them as aftermarket items? I am new to the camper screen.

getretracted.com sportscreen for info on the pull down. We love ours as it is simple to open/close.

We have had the roll up tent type before and rarely used them because of the hassle. Actually removed it from one of the toyhaulers.

Thanks Emm-dee for the update. Not entirely sure which model we will end up with there are 2 XLR Nitros and as of last night 2 vengeance floor plans in our list. Trying to find them closer than 3 1/2 hrs away has been a challenge though. We may or may not have a new one by GA but more likely not by then. If we end up ordering we will wait til fall or next spring so we don't mess with rally plans.

The lippert website indicated this was only available as an OEM option and not for public purchase.

A little more info would really help. Where did you post info (the search function for this forum is something out of the '70s). Where did you purchase. The only place I've found one is on the Lippert site and they specifically say it is not available for sale except to the manufacturers.
