If you don't have a drill press or lathe to make them yourself, you can take the longer bolts to a machine shop and have them made. I made my own on our racecar trailer.

no no metal lathe , i would not trust self made wet bolts . the hardened steel would be very hard to drill and i standard bolt i would not trust once drilled . i just installed the brass bushing and greased well should last for several years like that .

the problem is with the mixing of parts from dexter axles to the lippert correct track . one does not work well with the other when looking to add up grades and the correct track system is really a joke to begin with
