Tank issues with new RP-17 Wolf Pup

We are having tank issues with our 2016 Wolf Pup. We have used it very gently for only 4 weeks--2 last fall, 2 this spring. We winterized it between times because we are from Minnesota.
We have used it for #1, never #2 but still we found our toilet would not flush. We had Healthy Tanks at Orlando clean both tanks. Just a little toilet paper was in there. Nothing else. Healthy Tanks guy told us there must be something stuck or blocking somewhere between the toilet and the tank. He found a couple of pieces of broken plastic that match our toilet when he was cleaning it out. But he doesn't know what the plastic is from and he really couldn't help us with the problem.
We are in Florida and NOT using the toilet because it will back up every 10 flushes or so.
Strangely, if we open the gray tank, then the toilet will start flushing again. What the heck?
It's still under warranty so we have to take it back. Anyone else ever have this issue?

Forest River's Wolf Pup issue resolved

Pettibone RV in LaCresent, MN solved our flushing issue. Whoever installed the pipe that goes from the toilet to the black water tank screwed up by making the pipe way too long. The pipe was so long that it was less than 1/2 inch from the bottom of the tank!! Basically nothing would go through.
Our dealer at Pettibone resolved the issue by taking it all apart and shortening the pipe that goes into the tank. It works fine now.
If anyone else experiences this issue, you'll know what to do. Pettibone RV is very reputable, and I would buy from them again!

No kidding! How do things like this even happen? We are requesting that FR pay for the $225 charge we paid to have our tanks cleaned by Healthy Tanks in Florida. We'll see if that ever happens.
