The party deck on our Sandpiper 360PDEK is what sold the unit for my DW.

Turned the back door into a party deck

A friend of mine has the 27hfs and he uses jacks under the door and works on his dirtbike on it with a crew of people, after I talked to him it was a no brainer. I believe lippert wants like $2000 for the stronger door patio kit, I figured for $30 and I bend the door i'd have to spend the money anyways but i'm almost certain this won't harm the door if you pay attention to keeping a big crowd off it if you use cables.

ID:	101863 If you use cables maybe think about welding a plate behind the rear gusset like I did to attach the upper cable, it didn't look very thick so I welded this on just behind it and drilled a hole.

Yeah, after looking at my buddy's Vengeance with the patio kit, that's the way I was thinking of going.

Excellent. I always bring jack stands, and just put them under the rubber feet at the end of the door. They are certainly much heavier, and just another thing I have to load, but work out really well.

You could make some fold out adjustable legs that stay attached to the door and leave the jack stands at home.
