Vengeance 29V Upgrades

Got through with our upgrades for the year. We added a topper over the slide and the DW found a power couch to replace the provided dinette. What you can't see because the slide cannot be fully extended where the TT is parked, is the flush mount table leg holders I installed in the floor. This allows us to utilize the existing table for work space and still use the recliners.

Yes, I do my own modifications. Heading out on an extended vacation next week so we will see how it all works out.

Thanks

No, got a 8 ft. Solera Slider from CW online It came complete with all hardware. I just checked online and they do have a 8' 6" in white for $265.00. I would do an 8' 6" if I did it over again.

You will need a roll of 1" putty tape to put behind the rail and brackets. I put the awning rail (centered) about 1.5" below the top drip molding. The brackets that attach to the slider go inside the aluminum edge pieces. Not on the extruded aluminum. The instructions are not clear on this point.

All the screws found something solid under the aluminum skin to attach to. I used a power driver.

Good Luck
Frank
