Water System

Just purchased my 2014 19RR in March. Is it necessary to sanitize the fresh water system before using my toy hauler since it is brand new? The dealer did fill the system to check for leaks and did re-winterize before I picked it up, so it has been used per say. Also has anyone had problems with the back gate creasing in the middle from the weight of a 900lb motorcycle moving in and out of the unit? I have heard of problems with the 2011, 12 and 13 19RR unit.

New does not mean clean. Sanitize it.

I agree. It doesn't take much but time. Well worth the piece of mind to sanitize.
