Winter camping stealth 2312

We are looking at buying a 2011 Stealth 2312. It is the basic model w/o the fiberglass walls or arctic package. How well insulated are these to start with ? I live in Lyons, Colorado, the home the the flash floods a couple weeks ago. While our house is fine, and access is fine, the town has no water, sewer, gas or electric. It could take 2 to 4 months to restore water & sewer. The town will not turn on electric & gas before water & sewer. If we have a self contained RV we can at least stay on our property & use our house as a base camp on the nice days.
