Smile Quality????

Quality is a variable issue depending on the owners definition....I do not think any manufacture sends out a unit 100% perfect.......Most of the problems I read are "DEALER" issues!!!!! The buyer should never accept a unit that has issues at "PDI"!!!!! Ask the dealer for references/names from past customers......We have a 29RE silverback by CC (2014) and have been 100%+++++ happy with our unit and dealer/FR..........J

We bought new in 2009, had issues with a 'squishy' floor, that Forest River paid to replace even though it was out of warranty. We did have to pay the 'shipping' to get it to the factory, though. Converter died last summer, but that's not a FR product. Other than that - we've been pleased with both the TT and our dealer (Westland Camping, Westland, MI). I would buy FR again.

We have a 2014 Forrest River Avenger 27rls (rear living suite ). We have been out on weekends and occasionally week long trips. We have been very happy with it. Quality is better than other campers with this floor plan. More storage and other better quality items than the same floor plans by other makers. The only issue we had was the tv antenna was not connected. But it was fixed quick.

We have a FR Berkshire, and is the best coach we have had. Previously had 2 Fleetwood products that gave us more trouble than the Berkshire. I think it is only natural to have some sort of problems with any unit, but we really like our FR. Also the folks at the plant couldn't be nicer nor more responsive. Good luck!

We have the HW 277 and love it. Had a couple of minor fixes which were taken care by our dealer. Will definitely go with Forest River if we upgrade at some point.

I purchased a Surveyor in 2012 and am happy with it. Only problem I had was 1 roof vent cover developed a leak, it was replaced free of charge by the dealer

We bought out Flagstaff last year from the floor of the RV show. We saw ours and instantly fell in love with it. As we were doing the negotiating ritual my DW leaned over to me and asked "what do you know obout FR and Flagstaff trailers"? My response was nothing other than I notice a lot of Flagstaff trailers at the camprounds we go to. Had ours a year now and overall we are still in love with it. We have had some issues but they were delt with to our satisfaction. In fact, I can't wait to start camping season with out Flagstaff.

Seems only the people who have problems will post about quality issues. Most rv'ers don't ever have quality issues that's why you don't here anything. I have a Columbus 370fl and I did have a issue with missing welds on my frame. Actually a normal issue in the rv world. Forest River took my rig back to the factory repaired the frame and replaced every exterior wall of the unit. They also installed new tires and a new wireless rear view camera to replace the wired one I installed. They did this all in three weeks so I would could make a up coming nascar races that I had tickets for. I would buy another Forest River in a second.

We love our 2004 38 ft. diesel Reflection. Sure, there are things to fix with a new motorhome, just like with a new home, and there are things that will need replace, just like with a home. But we have not seen the fit, finish and functionality in any other brand.....other than the very high end motorhomes.

We are very happy with our FR Flagstaff. Haven't been able to use it much yet but plan to change that this summer.
