Camping World Class Action Suit By Investors

Camping World is being sued by its investors for the losses they have suffered. The suit alleges "during the Class Period, defendants made false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose adverse information regarding Camping World’s business, operations and financial condition."

See Here for the article in RV Business.

It is amazing how in this "up" stock market, and a RV boom, CW has managed to drop from $47.19 a share to $21.21 as of this afternoon. Karma perhaps...

Well, they got a little political...and there are some dealerships which have bad reputations.

I hope for the overall RV business they get it together.

The musicians need to shut up and sing, actors need to to what they do best, ACT, and businesses need to sell their crap and stop trying to force their viewpoints on others. Sick of people using their position to further whatever agenda they have. If that's what contributed to their fall in the market, good.

I watched CEO Lemonis testify in an unrelated deposition. What an a-hole. He came across as totally clueless about his companies' business. I think it was an act.

Wow! I did not know. I don't wish bad on anyone but I did drop doing business with them entirely.

It still blows my mind how many CEOs and corporations think they're gaining ground by jumping into social issues. In today's day and age, if you take a side, you just ticked off half the country.

Good to see the market still has power.

Thanks for sharing.

I don't believe people buying or not buying products has much to do with current CWH stock prices. Seems tariff concerns are a much bigger player. CWH's high revenue more than makes up for the stock drop.

Every stock analyst I follow says to buy all the CWH stock you can before it jumps back up.

I always have a few bucks for a pretty sure thing. I could care less about any companies perceived political leanings when I like the product.

In case anyone here is unaware of it Camping Worlds largest share holder currently is their CEO Lemonis. He holds a large amount of their stock personally and through Crestview LLC an investment firm. Google "CWH shareholders" for more info if you are interested in the details.

I believe most of the problems...not only with CW...result from the person at or near the top thinking they are so important that their opinion on anything is valuable!

Thanks Roberte52 for trying, but this thread is going to be closed.

We had the following as a sticky in the admin section awhile back, pertaining to political posts and/or camping world. We had thought it had all faded away, but evidently not, so it's being made a sticky again.
