Contacting Forest River About Parts Shipment

Our RV Dealer in Victor, NY ordered siding and parts for our 2015 Wildcat 2 weeks ago and they have still not shipped! We were on our way to Florida (first time - just retired) and cut too close at gas station and hit camper on gas pump guard. Obviously, we are anxious to get going before bad weather and apparently Forest River is not communicating with the dealer!
How can we contact them to get action?
Thanks!

Howdy and welcome to the forums. the site team has moved your post to the appropriate subsection. If you will look at the first sticky post in this section, we try to keep a FR contact list. It's constantly being updated, so you may need to go to the end, to see the most current information.

Good Luck

Contact FR directly. When I ned a FR specific part, or something I cant find at a local parts store I have no fear to contact Cedar Creek parts. They have always been very helpful, take my order and ship ASAP. Generally I have the parts via UPS or FedEX within 5 working days.

I'll bet the dealer hasn't even ordered the parts and is blaming FR.

Happens all the time.

Thanks!
I did the exact same thing this summer when a car came from the opposite direction and into the lane I intended to use. Instead of waiting I moved to the next lane over but was in the wrong position and didn't realize until I heard the crunch.
I have ordered the replacement panel from FR and they are installing it next year when I get the front cap replaced at the factory. I was genuinely surprised how inexpensive the panel was (only $64 and $164 for the door and frame).

I bought some parts direct from Forest River and it took forever for them to ship them. And shipping was real high. Still yet I was grateful that they sold them to me as opposed to having to pay a dealer.
