This flag is one of two that I made. One is already in front of my house with a solar light on it and the other one I use at the campground in the same way. I made one for my neighbor at the campground as well. I believe that the flags should be at 1/2 staff

Flying at half staff on 9/11 is up to your personal preference.
The president can declare a half staff day but he declared 9/11
a national day of prayer and remembrance.
