Palomino Solaire slides?

I've been told my trailer has slides too big/heavy for the operating system(schwintek rails). Has anyone else had similar issues? Its been in the shop for 3 months waiting on decisions to be made and parts. Parts showed up but were the wrong size. Now going on missing our 4th trip with the trailer and having to spend ridiculous amount of money for hotels instead of using the $40K+ trailer. One would think that a company so large would have better service to those of us spending money on their equipment. Any other thoughts?

Its too bad you are experience such a long wait. Have you tried contacting FR directly and explaining your problem that may move things along. From what I have heard a calm approach really works with FR.

I think it's BS on the dealer's part. I'd contact Lippert and the trailer mfg. for help/warranty. It sounds like the dealer is too busy and your repair is on the back shelf. Lippert is a pain, but I've never seen their slide systems "designed to fail". You need to get the dealer off the mark and service your unit.
