Stress Cracks or just normal?

Have a 2014 Crusader Model 295. Love the layout of this unit for it's size but have had a few issues with plastic improperly installed resulting in failures. Now we have stress cracks in the outside wall at the corner of the neck and wondering if this is normal to see or am I looking at something more serious?

I had some stress cracks as well, mine turned out to be a screw not properly inserted at the correct angle causing separation (delamination) between the panels, had to have a whole new back wall put on my less than year old camper. do not ignore it get it fixed under warranty.

Yup, you got it figured out. Now, when you hook up to your truck and all the load is on the pin, check the area around the black trim molding in pics 2,3,&4. Draw a line against the fiberglass along the molding with an erasable marker. Then hook it up and take note of any movement between the line and molding and measure it. If it's more than a quarter inch there might be an issue. Actually, either way, I would have a dealer check it out.

Not normal, I had a small single line crack in the same area and it repaired under warranty.

Have it repaired before the warranty runs
out. Document it with your dealer, than you have a time
stamp that they know it happen during the
warranty period.
Ones you out of warranty, you out of luck and
it will cost you thousands of dollars.
They can fix it so that you won't see
any things after, but it is expensive, I know, I went
through it.

Looks just like mine did, have it fixe dunder warranty, they will have to replace the wall most likely.

I had cracks and a bump on one side ended up being missed weld on the frame. Had to send back to factory and they replaced every exterior wall and re-welded whole frame installing extra supports. I would have your dealer check this out to be sure its not something major like mine.

First is you need to have pictures for folks to make a good choice of helping you, and it is a 2014, warrenty is going to be a fight but should be taken on as the walls should not be cracking in 2 yrs. So call FR and start that

Crack in Fiberglass

Yes I had cracks in the fibreglass on my Crusader. Forest River washed their hands of it as my unit was out of warranty. Have had it fixed just lately by a local body shop and they did a nice job. I also installed an air ride pin box to take out some of the road shock and hopefully I will not have to fix it again. I had a quote solicited by my dealer and it came in at $5300 but they were overdoing it as they thought I was trading it in and they wanted me to pay for the repair. I had it done at home for $800. The cracks were there because the frame is too light. My pin box moved up and down 1 3/4 inches depending on whether the weight was on the pin or the front jacks. The pin box should not move!

Cracks are not always normal. I just had a 3 week vacation ended by fiberglass cracks. It ended up that my frame was coming apart from the welds and the frame is to light for size of unit. Had to drop off at factory and it took them 2 weeks of my vacation to get lippert to straighten the frame and weld extra supports throughout coach. I talked to Columbus worker who worked with Lippert and he told me it was a design flaw in the frame and lipperts is only to allow 1/4 inch movement on frame mine also was over 1 1/4 inch movement. They showed me all repairs before re-walling whole rv and showed me I now only had 3/32 movement in frame. They also installed a air ride pin box at Columbus order. This is the 2nd time my unit has been to the factory for this problem. The Columbus employee told me that they are doing such a repair at 1 per week and that lippet should recall the units. I will not give out his name because he told me this out of confidence and I appreciate him telling me. Comubus also told me if it happens a third time they will make lippert buy it from me and this is a factory defect and is warrantied for life of unit.
