The owners manual is generic and will have no model-specific nor brand-specific nor RV type-specific information.

All it will have is basic RV system information.

You should be able to download the manuals for the important stuff, like a/c, fridge, converter, oven, water heater and so on.
Just get the brand and model number for each and download them from the manufacturers websites.

Do you have a link to where I can download them? Unless I was looking in the wrong spot they didn’t have anything that old on their site.

You're not understanding.
You have to look at all the important things in the trailer, like I mentioned.
Get the name of the manufacturer and the model number, then go to each manufacturers website and see if they have a manual to download.

Like Suburban for your water heater or Dometic for your awning.

2000 was only the 2nd year of the Shamrock hybrid being manufacturered.

What specific spec breakdown are you looking for?

Correct, the Forest River manuals were not very long, generic, and covered all models. In addition there was a packet of separate manuals, one for the TV, one for the Microwave, one for the thermostat, one for the fire extinguisher....and so on for every item in the camper, just as in a home. Like at home, some of the manuals aren’t particularly useful. If you don’t have that packet, unfortunately you will have an internet search for each component from that component’s manufacturer.

Very few RV manufacturers will keep documentation materials for a nearly 20 year old RV.

what you should be worried about on that old Shamrock is:

1. How old are the tires... tires need replaced every 5 years period...

2. If you jack up the wheels and turn them by hand one by one, do they spin easily without making any noise or grinding sounds? Bearing could need replaced.

3. How good has the roof been taken care of? Inspect for cracks in the sealant and feel for soft spots on the roof showing you that water has or is leaking in somewhere.

4. What does the underside look like? Soft/spongy?

5. How does every inch of the floor feel? any soft spots indicating that water leaked in from somewhere.

6. and most important... looking from the outside on a sunny day do you see any wavy curves on the outside body panels, especially the bunk doors... indicating that water intruded at some point into the walls/bunk area.

Appliances are minor compared to these items...
