2005 Shamrock 21SS soft floor

I am looking into buying a 2005 21SS. However, the floor in the bathroom is very soft. The owner says it was from a leak in the overhead vent being left open during a rain. I have heard these have a tendency to leak where the piano hinge is. Could the water be coming from there. If so, how does one go about repairing the laminated stirofoam floor. I have heard it is almost impossible to repair. Is there any thing else I should be concern about with this type of travel trailer. What about the Field Fix Kit? What is involved? I am in the home improvement business and have rebuilt other campers before. Thanks for your help.

It you $, so I'm not gonna tell you what to do, but unless you're buying the trailer for a song; and the damage is minimal, I'd be looking elsewhere.

Thanks Mike, I haven't seen it yet, so I do not know how bad it is. The only way I would buy it is for a song... and maybe a dance LOL. I visited the site you gave me. I have e-mailed Randy for his opinion.
