2009 Cherokee Grey Wolf 16' Hybrid

I just bought this unit from a friend who used it only once before buying a toy hauler. I am pretty sure I got a good deal at 10K but I have nothing to reference it to. For some reason this model seems rare. I can not find out anything on the web about it. Is anyone familiar with this particular unit? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

FR only made a hybrid in this model line for that one year, i think.

it's no longer listed on their website. the only other one not a Roo, Shamrock or Surveyor, is the Wildwood 17.

they do list a Cherokee Wolf Pup 16P, that has what they call,
an optional spare room. not sure if that's a canvas bunk end.
