Big day tomorrow!

Tomorrow is the day I trade in my 2014 Rockwood 2280BH Popup for a 2018 Rockwood Roo 233s. Hopefully the two hour trip goes well. I believe I have everything ready to go. Buying it at the end of the season means I have all winter to start planning our trips next season! We can’t wait!

Exciting! Hope it goes well and congratulations on the new camper.
(we went from a Rockwood highwall popup to the hybrid and we are very happy with the upgrade).

Good news. Don't let the excitement overshadow your good judgement. Don't sign unless you are happy with the unit.

Congratulations. Like so many others, we went from a popup to a hybrid. If you liked the popup, you'll really like the hybrid.

Suggest you print off the hybrid PDI form in this forum. Very thorough checklist. Also, take pictures or video during the PDI. It will refresh your memory later.

Finally, season the tenting ends ,weather permitting, when you get home. If not now, first thing in the spring before you camp.

X2! Once I had a dealer change the agreed sale price during the dealings after the walk thru.

I got up and walked outside to regather my thoughts. Shortly after the salesman came outside to put his spin on it all. I told him game over, pull my trade around no deal. Needless to say, they did honor the original sale price and threw in some toys from the store.

Games some dealers like to play.

Congrats on the new unit!

Everything turned out good and we took it home yesterday. It was my first time towing something bigger than my pop up and it was pouring yesterday but I got it home. I was also able to back it into my driveway however I did destroy some grass and hit one of our bushes. We are taking that bush down anyway. Here is a picture our salesperson took. Hopefully the Facebook link works.

Small world - we traded our 2015 Rockwood 2280BH Popup for a 2018 Rockwood Roo 233s in November, too! We're loving the upgrade. With a WDH and rear observation camera, it's been a pretty easy transition.
