All you need to check tire pressure is a standard tire gage that goes to at least 50 psi. I think it is recommended to check/repack wheel bearings and check brakes every 2 years and to shoot some grease into them every year, but don't hold me to that. I would also suggest checking wheel lug torque.

If iys only a year old, bearings should be good. Inless your first year you traveled over 3k miles. Tire pressure should be checked every trip, but most important will be your TV (Travel Vehicle). You may also want to check your travel itinerary. You can't drive thru Baltimore Harbor tunnel with propane.

Torque the lug nuts. Alloy wheels 110#, steel wheels 100#, and when checking tire pressures don't forget the spare tire. Check all running lights, turn, brake and hazards any time you hook up to you tow vehicle. Bearings and brakes should still be good for a while yet.
