Bunk end sealing

Hi everyone! I’ve been going over our new to us 2011 Rockwood Roo 21SS and was doing a walk around of the caulk job today. I noticed under the hinge of the front bed that the caulking appeared old and somewhat pourous. I’m assuming I should remove and replace, but what is the best sealant for the job?

I’ve attached some pictures for reference.
