They still have the gutters, but the bunks now close against them. I will try to post some pics of the new design tomorrow. I need to make some for my 2015 Shamrock.

On the older style (photo), the lower half of the pvc is above the lip of the bunk end so the water won't get in.

even with the bunks against the drip rail, this fix on the old style might be in order. whats needed is something like the flip down rain guard on the door glass of a 55 chevy...

Why did they stop putting gutters above the bunk ends, didn't that work well? Wondering if I should install them on my 2015?

Ends leaking.

I just bought a 2004 Roo SS and there was no water damage. I took it home. It's been in my. Driveway for a week. I go to pay it up for bCation and the ends are soaked near the hinge. I realize there is for sure too much space and water use be getting in. I read all these posts but I'm not visualizing it. I essentially. Just think there are not seams on my camper at all. I wonder if they were removed from dealer to be replaced and they never replaced. One week and this much water is a nightmare. Please share insight. Are the seams rubber seams similar to Windows and door in my house if so, II have nothing on this and would like to know what to ask for at store

Make sure you are closed up properly even a bungee cord will cause a leak if stuck in the door

Should have D-seals similar to automotive door seals.
Suggest you find a hybrid on a lot and check it out.

there was no Roo with the SS(Super Slide)designation, in 2004. i believe the 2005 21SS was the first with SS designation.

so, which 2004 model do you have?
