Buying a used 2011 Roo 233S few Questions

Waiting to hear from our credit union on the loan so we could purchase a new to us 2011 Rockwood Roo 233s and the loan officer called me with a billion and one questions regarding the camper. Most I could answer but some I don't even think the current owners would know.

Anyone know the following?

Size (ft) of the slideout and therefore the slideout awning
How many BTU's the furnace/heater is?
Does it have, storm, double pane or tempered glass? I assume storm.

Furnace should be 20k.
Dual pane windows are an option. So you'd have to ask the seller.

You or the CU can call FR with the VIN and get specific information.

Slide out awning should be 7 1/2 foot wide & about 3 ft deep.
