How do you keep dishes from rolling around when traveling?

Our shelves are lined with a felt material. In addition to paper plates, we have a set of melamine dishes, and we stack up from largest to smallest. We've never had anything shift in the cabinet, but we also take care when opening the cabinet the first time once stopped.

I know that others have used the rubber shelf liner, and that also keeps things from shifting. It also works well between plates and bowls if you have Corel or ceramic dishware.

X2!!! Only "dishes" we carry are large serving platter, and our coffee mugs.
Drinking "glasses" are plastic.

We use the rubber nit looking shelf paper square between plates and line the shelves the same way. Usually no movement even on SC I-95.

Plastic plates and bowls here.

Buy a couple of rolls of this in what ever color they carry.

Cut it in squares and place a square between each plate, works well on pots and pans strange enough it works well as a shelf/drawer liner.

Our shelves are lined with the material that Ford Idaho linked to. We started with the plastic plates and cups we had for camping with our popup but eventually bought a set of Corelle dinnerware (plates, bowls and mugs) about a year after moving up to the Roo. We pack the Corelle stuff in covered plastic containers for travelling. We still use several plastic cups though.

Plates? No it's the plastic glasses, and camping mugs that jump out when we open the cabinets. I try not to buy any glass containers, even for food or vodka!
