Angry Intermittent Hot Skin issue

Have a 2605 2008 rockwood ultralite. We have camped at more than a dozen different campgrounds and have experienced two or three times flickering lights and shocks off frame. Tried new cord, same result. When we plugged into truck as well as shore power, lights stopped flickering. Rained in night, went to put tow bar on while kneeling and got quite a jolt. Trailer was plugged into shore power.

When trailer is plugged in at home, everything is fine, no problem.

Any suggestions where to go from here.
