Lonely forum

Wow, am I the only one with a hybrid? I recently purchased a new 2011 Cruiselite 17exl. I wish I had checked out the forum first. It would have better prepared me for all the problems I encountered. I think I also should have done a more thorough inspection. I will post my issues in the tech section later on.

to the forum !!!

There don't seem to be too many Salem expandable members, but maybe the other make expandable members will be able to answer your questions.

that's because Salem hasn't had a hybrid for many years, at least since 2003, i think. this is the first i've heard of a Salem hybrid so it must be new for 2011.

your hybrid's twin sister, has been out under the Wildwood line for a couple of years.
i guess FR wants it under another brand.

it's a Wildwood X-lite 17XL.

just post hybrid-related questions in the General Expandable section.
the Hybrid Forum on RV.net is much more active than the Expandable Section here at FRF.
but we're much nicer here.

Eric, FR often has twin sister RV's with different brand names. a lot of manufacturers do it.
it allows two dealerships in the same area, to sell the same floorplan without selling the same brand.
Roo/Shamrock is one example. if you go on FR's website you'll see many RVs that have the same floorplan but different brand names.

i'm pretty sure FR still makes the Wildwood 17XL.
