New Bunk End Latch Systems

This is a photo of our "hatch"system on our new 2014 Flagstaff Shamrock. Does it look right to you? Our dealer doubled checked it, but boy it makes me nervous. So far so good, we have been our on 2 trips with it and no problems. I just hope forest river is secure in their decision to mount these latches.
This is the first time I am posting a photo, not sure if I have done it correctly.
