Pre-2011 and early 2012 had a bungee & snap configuration. These have flaps.
Late 2012 models are attached bunk ends with no flap.
2013 seems to have added flaps to the attached bunk ends (similar to some other hybrid manufacturers).
The reason I mention this is because (apparently) Rockwood/Flagstaff decided that their first version of the attached bunk ends (2012 1/2) needed the flaps.
I was curious if anyone has actually seen a 2013 model bunkends with flaps yet? I looked online and found pictures of in-stock 2013 from www.houseofcamping.com
and they do not have the flaps and look the same as the late 2012 attached bunkends they used to replace the leaking bungee/flap ones originally on my 2012. The other photos of 2013 Roos that show the flaps are listed as "on order", so the pictures are probably from pre 2013 units.
