palomino leaking

can anyone please tell me how they solved this problem. On one of the bunk pulldowns water runs down the side and pools on the bottom and ends out running inside the camper, i can see no fix for this and
is a very poor design.
Anyone having the same problem? this is a Palomino hybrid and I see no way to do this.
HELP!

I found a leak like this on my old 190x. The caulking around the latch was the issue. I removed the latch added caulk to the screw holes, laid down a bead around the perimeter of the latch. Screwed it back in and then caulked the edges again.
I poured a cup of water around the bunk end seals until I pin pointed the latch.

I have a Palomino as well... I've never had a leak. Can you post a few pics, we should be able to help you.
