Congrats. We really enjoyed ours. Only problem I had with mine were the crappy water heater valves. If yours look like these, you might want to proactively replace them.

This is our 3rd summer with our ROO 21dk. We made a few mods, mostly for storage and have been to Michigan 2x, Boston, Charleston,SC, across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge 3times and several places closer to home. Only big problem we have had was a flare tire on the tt. It delayed our departure about 3 hrs. We have several more trips planned this summer including a trip to KY. Next year we are planning a huge trip out west. I know some have had problems with their tt but so far ,knock on wood, we haven't.Click image for larger version

Bought this 2013 Roo 233s this year and love it, was able to get a picture pulling out of our first camping trip this year at Sacandoga Lake, near Wells, NY... We love it!

Entertainment center moved

So absolutely in love with the 23ikss. We have gone looking at campers almost every weekend, and I keep coming back to the 23ikss. But there are none in stock here in AZ.
Here's the dilemma: I don't like the where they moved the entertainment center to. In front of the bed. For those of you who just got the new ones, how do you like it?? Is there a way to lay and bed and watch a movie on a rainy camping trip??
Or should I just shop for a used one???

No, you can't watch the TV from the front bed.
The rear bed have preparation for a second TV and there you can watch TV in bed.
On our second trip we got some cold/rainy days and, because we are 5, what we did was to put out the hide-a-bed so you have a bed in the living room and we watched movies from there, which is nice for the kitchen is in front of your bed.... the popcorn, etc are always close.... .I really recommend the HAB option.

That being said, I think the move was good for now you can access the control panel without the need to get into the camper.
Sometimes you want to check the level of the tanks, or adjust the awning, or turn on the patio light, etc and you can do it from the outside.. I do that all the time and is really practical.
Also, people in the front bed got a little more privacy which for some is nice...

If you haven't ordered/bought one yet, fyi that Forest River is changing up the floorplan w/new builds...(i.e. you'd have to order one w/the new build, and make sure it has the new floorplan!) flip-flopping the sofa/dinette (so dinette is across from island), and putting the ent center where there is currently a pantry next to the entry door, and putting a coat closet where the ent center is currently. Check out the attachment - maybe this solves your issues with it? (It did for me!)
