No where near as easy as they make it appear. Never was able to change liner, it needed to be pressed out and back in. There was also sufficient amount of wear on the ball, so would imagine there is wear inside the hitch itself just can't see it.
The new washers and shorter springs make tightening a non-issue. You can really crank on them now, but there is still a spring compression limit.
The lining material has also changed. The old material was wearing out too quickly and when dirt/dust got in there it started making noise. Silence was one of my purchase requirements. My liner (and ball) came out just as easy as the video showed. It didn't go back in as easily. That took a long trip to reset where the C clip would go back on. There was 0 wear inside the hitch other than the lining.
I am still not sure I would go the Andersen route with an 11K TW, though. I think I would just get a 5er
