Pop Up Gizmo Warranty

I am ready to pull the trigger on a set of PUPs for our FR Surveyor. DW wants to know what the warranty program is like.
Can anyone help? If I have any issues will they be resolved?

Bob Pitney's great customer service is famous, in the Hybrid and Popup community.
Just call him.

I don't think you will have any issues with the PUG's but if you do I am sure the problem will be resolved quickly and correctly. I purchased a set when we had our popup and never regretted the purchase. I bought the high wind ones and they worked great. I had no need for them and gave them to the man that purchased my popup.

I ordered them last week. Super high wind model. They should arrive tomorrow. Hoping to use them this weekend in north jersey. Spoke with Bob week and a half ago. He seems to be a really honest guy I asked him which set would be better for the north east. And I gave him the opportunity to sell me the the works and he just gave me the facts. No sales pitch or pressure. Which was really refreshing! I went with the super high wind model. Just for the security. Let ya know how they work sometime next week.

Bough a set of the of the high wind pugs for my sc192t earlier this year. Have used them in Cape Cod and Arizona. Worth every penny! Bob is a great person to deal with.

Thanks everyone.
I spoke to Bob today and ordered the Super High Wind PUGs.
He put me at ease on the phone and after reading all the glowing reports, felt like I was making a good investment.

Where you heading in North Jersey? I'm in Mays Landing. Worked most of the State Parks as a police officer.

Neat place. Went there a few times with my son's Cub Scout Pack when we lived in Jersey.
