So here are a few websites I have found so far that sell them. None are an exact fit, but most will fit the thinner mattress of a 60x80. And only one (IKEA) looks like its a good option for a small budget, but unknown exactly what you'll get with the IKEA ones. (Just for reference: the thinner mattress sheets are called low profile or shallow pocket)

These look promising: but still cost $59 for the fitted sheet only.

Another fitted sheet only, but made for less than 8" thick mattresses.

These you get custom made, for the same price as the others, this might be worth it.

IKEA, of all places .... but CHEAP!

I have found these, but they only come in white as of now:

we just use standard queen sheets we purchased from walmart. use the micro fiber ones.

We ended up with the AB lifestyles sheets. Good fit and color. Looks good and definitely don't come off at night.

Jersey sheets fit well because of their stretchy nature. I don't mean sheets from New Jersey, I mean sheets made of Jersey material a.k.a. T-shirt material.

I'm just using regular Queen fitted sheets...nothing spectacular! We have a 2 1/2" gel/memory foam pad and have had no issues at all - especially since I have been known to toss and turn : > )

I'm looking into getting memory foam to put on top of all my mattress. I will just cut them to size with a electric knife. I've seen them in groupon for great prices
