Alrighty,

The TV F connector (plate with the SAT F connector) is the exterior antenna and goes to your TV tuner so you can watch TV using the TV's volume control and speakers (unless your TV has Stereo audio out RCA jacks that can be looped back to the Concertone).

The Video OUT is composite video ONLY. It is for the DVD player in the Conertone. You will only get video to your TV's AUX input and must control the sound with the Concertone unit and ITS speakers (not the TV since there is no audio output that I can see).

OK thanks that helps a bunch. Looks like we will pick up those cords and try them out. Its tough that we can't test it out till we get there but oh well. It's camping,it's the first time out, sure where we are going there will be plenty more to do than toy with the TV.

Headed to Cape Hatteras shoreline July 7-10th and can't wait!

Sam, remember that the AMP button must be "in" (green light on) to use the exterior antenna (the digital signal is MUCH improved) and "OUT" (off - green light off) to use the cable connection on the outside of the camper. If you try to get cable reception and its bad or non-existent check to make sure you plugged the cable into the F connector outside that says "cable" and not "SAT." The SAT cable goes directly to the upper F connector ONLY. No where else.

Don't forget to use the setup option on your TV to scan for channels every time you stop or get a cable hookup at the campground.

Don't forget to use AntennaWeb to find the local stations and what direction to point the antenna. The control head (the white box) side of the antenna points AT the station. The "wings" are 90 degrees to the station. If you have the Winegard Wingman, the elements point AT the station like an arrow.
